Jelena Hoffmann
Jelena Hoffmann is a research associate in Cluster C, which focusses on the resilience of legal and illegal global supply and value chains in the context of security, conflict, accountability and the rule of law. In work package 3, she is researching the functioning and effectiveness of grievance mechanisms in supply chain regulation. Another focus of her work is on the supply chains of critical raw materials and rare earths. She holds a European Master in Human Rights and Democratisation (EMA) and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). Previously, she worked in various functions in the fields of human rights, human security, international relations and international law.
