Prof. Dr. Premilla D’Cruz

Premilla D’Cruz holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India and is currently Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India. She is the section editor of Labour Relations and Business Ethics at the Journal of Business Ethics and has been President of the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment (IAWBH) between 2016-2018 and an organizing committee member of the UN-PRME World Tour Research Paper Development Programme between 2021-2024. Premilla has published numerous papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, Information and Organization, Journal of Contemporary Asia, Personnel Review, Economic and Industrial Democracy and International Journal of Human Resource Management, among others, and made several international conference keynote addresses and oral presentations. Premilla has been a visiting scholar at various European (Amsterdam, Erasmus, Bergen, Portsmouth, Strathclyde) and Australian (University of Western Australia, Edith Cowan) universities and has received multi-lateral and bi-lateral study grants, in addition to several awards for outstanding academic and research work throughout her student and professional career. She is the Chief Co-Editor of the Handbooks of Workplace Bullying, Emotional Abuse and Harassment, Volumes 1-4 (Springer, 2021). Her recent co-edited book focuses on Asian Perspectives on Workplace Bullying and Harassment (Springer, 2021).
