Vivian contributes to Cluster D: Supply Chain Viability: Effectiveness, Costs to Business, and Societal Value, which operationalizes the concept of SCV, assesses businesses' acceptance and adoption of measures designed to enhance the viability of intertwined SC networks, and compares the effectiveness along with the private and public costs and benefits of various measures. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management, which was awarded to her by the Berlin School of Economics and Law. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Transportation from the same institution.
